It Broke.

Good; stuff happens. That means  you are using your bass and having fun and living a meaningful life. Kaybassrepair.com offers the full spectrum of repair, restoration, and new double bass building under the supervision of master luthier James Condino, who brings four decades of instrument building and restoration to the workshop.

Don't stress over it.

We are one of the only shops in the country with a full set of original spec Kay moulds meticulously recreated using vintage mapping transferred to the latest CNC technology for extremely accurate historic restoration & recreations.

We've got your back.

We have the ability to completely rebuild and even add new layers to your old vintage bass using period correct methods, adhesives, & materials in a workshop filled with much of the same vintage machinery that your bass was originally produced with. This allows you to keep your bass in the best possible playing condition while maintaining your vintage investment.
